Unfortunately I am in a marriage that is not going well and I think that it is time that I find out how to get a divorce. I have looked on the internet and can see that there are a number of reasons upon which I can get a divorce. I think that the only one that will fit with my situation is ‘unreasonable behaviour’. The part of the divorce that I am not looking forward to is when it comes to us sorting out the finances. We have a few houses and quite a bit of money in the bank. I have a large pension and she doesn’t have a pension at all. I can see that she is going to get every penny that she can. This is part of the reason that I don’t want to get a divorce, but I can’t remain in a relationship that isn’t working.
