Ever since I blacked out in a conference, I started to be a little more alert with my health. The doctor was right about me taking my health for granted. I worried not only my parents, but too my colleagues and supervisor. When the doctor told me to make some diet changes, I felt the whole world crashing down on me. But, that’s just until he made it clearer for me. Later in that evening, I read some blender reviews and bought one home. I had never been so enthusiastic to turn a new leaf.

Fruit punch and salad are now my breakfast instead of going to work in empty stomach. I snack on raw vegetables and fruits instead of chips and crackers. I enjoy having lunch with my colleagues instead of skipping meals and racing through time to get things done. I find pleasure experimenting new fruit punch recipes with my mother. My life is simple and happy again.
